Rules & Regulations

All members are expected to know and follow these rules at all times

§ General Conduct

  1. No racism or sexism of any kind, in any form.
  2. No bullying others about their opinions.
  3. No harassment toward any member.
  4. No DDOS attacks or IP tracking of any member.
  5. No drama imported from other servers.
  6. Respect everyone, regardless of rank — higher or lower.
  7. No NSFW content of any kind.
  8. No discrimination of any kind.
  9. No offensive profile pictures, usernames, or bios.
  10. No impersonation of any member or leadership.
  11. Do not discuss inflammatory topics such as race, religion, politics, or sexual orientation. This avoids all arguments and keeps the environment professional.
  12. No KKK, Nazi, or any hate group references, language, or avatars.
  13. No disrespect toward other Corps or communities.
  14. No acts within VRChat such as wars, fights, getting shot, or similar disruptive behavior.

§ Chain of Command

  1. Do not ask for a promotion. Promotions are earned through dedication, conduct, and performance.
  2. You cannot be a member of multiple Branches at the same time.
  3. If you wish to transfer to another Corps, you must obtain permission from your current Corps leader before doing so.
  4. You must be present in Discord to hold your full rank.

§ Roleplay Standards

  1. All members must be in uniform whenever they are on Base. No exceptions.
  2. Use all channels for their intended purpose only.
  3. Kick all blacklisted individuals on sight. Do not engage or negotiate.
  4. Please communicate in English at all times so that all moderators and staff are able to understand what is being said.

§ Attendance & Activity

  1. If you plan to focus on other servers for a period of time, you must submit a Leave of Absence (LOA) so leadership is aware of your absence.
  2. If a member is inactive and fails to respond to activity checks without an active LOA, they will be called to meet with High Command to explain the absence.
  3. Any repeated failures to respond to activity checks will result in a demotion or removal from the Corps.
  4. If you announce an event, training, or tryout, you are required to follow through with it. Cancellations are only permitted if something comes up in real life or no one attends.

§ Disciplinary Actions

Violations of these rules may result in any of the following at leadership's discretion:

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning
  • Demotion in rank
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the Corps

Leadership reserves the right to escalate disciplinary action based on the severity of the violation. Repeated offenses will be treated with increasing consequence regardless of prior standing.
